Invoicing · Contracts · Document automation
Invoicing and contracts, between any two parties.
Raise self-billed or ordinary invoices, and paper every relationship with a contract — a built-in type or your own upload — that Invoicer fills with each party’s details automatically. We automate the document; we don’t draft the law.
The platform never drafts legal text.
A solicitor approves a single master template once. The platform then mass-produces filled-in copies by merging per-contractor data into fixed, locked clauses. That keeps you on the right side of the line: a software tool that lets two businesses adopt a pre-approved template — not a service that generates bespoke legal advice.
Clauses
Locked. Never editable by users or by the merge.
Data
Only whitelisted bracketed fields — names, VAT numbers, dates, areas.
Every version
Tracked: which template version was accepted, by whom, and when.
Your contracts too
Upload your own contract — it’s scanned so the same whitelisted party fields fill it, keeping your original layout.
The onboarding sequence
From invite to active agreement
Contractor completes their profile
Name, address, tax reference, VAT status & number, service areas.
The agreement is generated
The active template version is selected, the data snapshotted, and a PDF rendered — server-side, with a strict field whitelist.
Both parties accept
A typed-name click-to-accept records name, time, IP and browser for each party — a valid simple electronic signature.
It goes active & copies are emailed
Once both parties have signed, the agreement activates and a 7-day signed download link is emailed to each party.
Built-in guardrails
Templates are solicitor-approved before going active and are immutable once published. Contractor tax references and addresses are personal data — held in a private store with row-level security and signed URLs only. Records are retained for at least six years to meet Irish VAT requirements.
